With more than 20 years in the field, Iris
Becker is an expert on German-Indian cooperative ventures in
Asia and Africa. In 2000 she founded Let's bridge IT in Freiburg and
in 2007 a further branch in Bangalore / India.
After completion of a Master of Arts,
she worked for 10 years on behalf of the German Technical
Cooperation (GTZ) in projects of international development
cooperation. Moreover, she was eight years in the management of a
software company, including three years in London. She has a deep
understanding of the diverse cultures of the world, and India in
particular.
In addition to successfully applying her
skills and knowledge to supporting and monitoring Euro-Indian
IT co-operation, she also directs Cross Culture seminars in
companies and is a guest lecturer at University Tübingen and
Konstanz.
